These Terms of Service ( "Terms" ) cover access to the hashro site, apps and services the "Services") operated by hashro. Account creation constitutes acceptance these Terms completely.
1. Who may join. You must be of legal age and contractually capable to contract. Where we are unlicensed or closed, residents may not join. Profile correctness and credential privacy are your duty.
2. Services. hashro provides an electronic marketplace for the markets shown on this website. No part of this is investment advice; each decision remains yours. Shown quotes and data serves information only and may lag or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risks. Trading brings material loss risk and suits only those who can bear it. Margin products may take losses beyond your initial margin. Risk only capital whose loss you you could withstand.
4. Costs. Fees, spreads and funding rates appear on our Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Pricing may shift after fair notice.
5. Conduct rules. Market manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and unlawful purposes are not permitted. Laundering and sanctions evasion are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability. To the maximum legal extent, hashro is not liable for indirect, incidental and consequential damages arising from the Services.
7. Amendments. This agreement may be revised occasionally. Using the Services once changes apply means agreement. Controlling law comes from the home jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
