These privacy terms describes how hashro ("we") gathers, processes and safeguards personal data across our site and platform. We act as controller for this information.
Data we collect. Names, emails, countries and comparable identifiers alongside KYC paperwork mandated by law. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, device logs and support chats. EU/UK lawful bases: contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
How we use data. Managing your account, settling trades, satisfying regulators, countering fraud, platform security, and opt-in product updates with one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only operational providers (custody, payment, verification), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention and security. Data is kept for account activity plus legal windows (commonly five to seven years for transaction records). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access controls.
